Here is the trick to get free 3g/gprs with your tata docomo prepaid. You have to download a handler application in order to use this trick. Read the steps and make the given setting on your mobile.

Put the below Tata Docomo Free 3g setting on Mobile

     APN    : tata.docomo.dive.in 

    Proxy  : 220.226.181.88

    Port    :8080 or 80

     Home Page : google.com   

Download Any Handler Application (opera recommended)

    Download opera 6.0 handler

Tata Docomo Free Handler Setting
    Set http as custom field
    Socket server : http://220.226.181.88.server4.operamini.com or

                          http://203.115.112.5.server4.operamini.com

    Leave others blank
